Adsdeck is not involved in any way in the execution of the operations carried out by Advertisers and Users and is not acquainted with the conditions of these transactions and shall not be, therefore, held liable for the existence, quantity, condition, integrity, or legitimacy of the goods offered by advertisers, as well as the requirements that are necessary to recruit Users.
Adsdeck is not responsible for the effective execution of the obligations assumed by the parties involved in any given operation. The User acknowledges and agrees with the fact that transactions with advertisers are executed at their own exclusive risk.
Adsdeck shall not be liable in any case for any of the ads, offers and advertisings, and does not guarantee the credibility of any third party ads, offers, and advertisements displayed at the site. All product, service and promotion data included in the site, together with their prices and availability are subject to change without notice and depend entirely on the parties offering the service or product.
